At TORONATA LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [insert contact information] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Items returned without a RAN will not be accepted. Once you have received your RAN, please follow the instructions provided.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
What you need to know;
- You can return it within 30 days.
- The product must be new and not damaged.
- A service fee of $5 for product return will be paid by the customer.
- Refund will be made 30 days after the product is returned.
- We can only accept product returns for USA and UK.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). If you are exchanging an item, the new item will be shipped to you once we receive the returned item(s).
